Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

In consideration of participating in the Tiny Kickz sports programme, I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of this activity. My (parent and/or legal guardian of the child listed below) child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.

We may require additional information depending on the medical information provided to us by you before we can accept your booking.

I fully understand that this activity involves risks of bodily injury, which may be caused by the child’s own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the condition in which the event takes place. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my child’s participations in the activity.

Sonal Sportz does not accept any responsibility for personal injury, loss or damages except to the extent that it results from our negligence.

We reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Sonal Sportz Payment Policies and Procedures

Money Back Guarantee.

At Sonal Sportz, we are confident that your child will love our classes and everything in between. Which is why we will offer you a full money back guarantee if your child does not enjoy their first 4 sessions with us. 

It is important to understand that programmes such as these take time for children to adapt and be accustomed to the Tiny Kickz way. It takes time for children to get used to the structure of the classes and the activities that are taking place. This is why we recommend completing a full 4 weeks with us before deciding that it may not be for your child. In this case, we promise to offer you, your full monthly repayment at no extra expense.

Payment Guidance.

To help our families we are happy to provide the following information about our policies and procedures:-

Tiny Kickz offers a NO CONTRACT and CANCEL ANYTIME policy.

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. 

If there are any sessions missed due to Sonal Sports accord, we will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

IMPORTANT | SUBSCRIPTION FEE'S

Subscription fees are charged on the 1st of each month automatically. Unless you wish to cancel, your place is secured automatically for the next month.

Fees are charged monthly and not charged per session. We will intend to run on a 5-week schedule with one week break in between. You will not be charged for any giving breaks or holidays set out by our team. Fees are not charged per 5-week schedule.

With that being said, your payment only covers the month and not the 5 weeks. If the last class of the 5 weeks rolls into the next month but you have missed your payment, unfortunately that means that you cannot attend that class regardless of if you were in the first 4 weeks, until payment has been made.

If you join Tiny Kickz in the middle of a month, the sessions that you attend in that month will be added onto the next month’s payment as a ‘covering payment’. Once this has been taken on the 1st of the next month, it will automatically revert back to the original monthly subscription fee for the subsequent months that follow.

Fees are calculated across the total number of sessions for the remainder of the year. The total amount is then spread across the remaining months. In some months there may be 3 sessions, and, in some months, there may be 5 sessions. The monthly payment will remain the same as it is calculation of the total number of sessions left in the year spread across the remaining months. 

Failed Payments:

If in any circumstance a payment has failed, our subscription system will try again in 3 days to retrieve the payment from your account. If that fails, it will try once more in 3 days’ time before a member of our term will be in contact to discuss methods going forward.

Refunds:

To avoid having to refund fees and inconvenience customers due to cancellations, we would like to ask customers to observe their monthly payment date and remember that fees are paid monthly in advance.

Refunds are not available when members cannot attend due to holidays or illness.

Cancellations:

Unless we are notified before the 1st of the next month that you wish to cancel your subscription, payment will be taking just as normal.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, or indeed pause it, you must let us know before the 1st of the next month in order for us to process the cancellation, so you don’t get charged.
